Found on a local carboot, this nice Elco clock from the 1930's was badly in need of renovation, now fully working. Note the Art Deco design ....

Below appears a nice 1930/40's Metamec clock, marbelled green pattern. Recently rewired by my good friend John Mee, the photo does not do the item justice !! In very good condition complete with a small shaded lamp, this clock is in daily use on top of my lounge television !!

Below appears one of the Smith's Sectric clocks from my collection, a very popular model which appeared in many colours during the 1940/50's, this one is in Depression green.

Below appear two examples of  1930's Ohmmeters by Evershed and Vignoles.  A hand cranked brown model and also a nice green mottled example, both bakelite ... very heavy items.

Featured below I have a set of laboratory/jewellers? weights from I think the 1930/40's. Made in Birmingham, this nice ornate bakelite box has a variety of brass weights and a pair of tweezers...Found on a local flea market ...
